Ms. Lusty began the study of Taekwon-Do in 1997 at Kohler Taekwon-Do.  She is currently a member of the Yom Chi Taekwon-Do Association.  She is an active tournament competitor and has competed in patterns, sparring, and breaking at numerous tournaments.   Ms. Lusty is currently the Utah State Administrator for the Yom Chi Taekwon-Do Association and is an Instructor and Co-Owner at Skyline Taekwon-Do where she teaches adult classes and spearheads the "Little Eagle" and "Raptor" programs.
